Lynn Borgmann, MA, LADC

Lynn Borgmann is a licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and received her Master’s Degree in Adlerian Counseling and Psychology from Adler Graduate School. She is certified in Dialectic Behavior Therapy and Co-occurring disorders. Lynn offers individual therapy for teens and adults. Her clinical interests include emotional regulation, co-occurring substance use/mental health disorders, depression, adolescent developmental trauma, CBT, DBT, PTSD, and co-dependency. She believes when people feel encouraged, they are empowered to act from a cooperative mindset and she works to help people overcome their feelings of insecurity, develop deeper feelings of connectedness, and redirect unsuitable behaviors in a more socially beneficial direction.

Lynn works with Lighthouse clients.
