Dan Bannister, MSW, LICSW

Dan Bannister is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with twenty-five years of experience working primarily with adults, as well as with children and adolescents.  He received his Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Illinois and his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa.  He uses a strengths-based, Christian cognitive-behavioral approach, and works with individuals, couples, families, and groups.  His clinical interests include marital counseling, anger management, depression, anxiety and panic, divorce recovery, grief and loss, stress management, abuse and domestic violence, and chronic illness.  As a result of his own life experience, Dan possesses a special interest in, and heart for strengthening, maintaining, and preserving marriages.  He has also received additional training in biblical counseling.

Available for Appointments in Chaska and Chanhassen.

Dan works with adults of all ages.
