Christine Guy, MA, LPCC

Christine Guy, MA, LPCCChristine Guy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She earned her undergraduate degree from Luther College and Master’s Degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Christine has spent her career working with children, adolescents and adults in individual and family sessions. She is experienced in helping people address a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, and adjustment to a variety of stressors. Christine has special interests in adolescent issues and perinatal mental health. She has specialized training in perinatal bereavement, maternal mental health and emotional support and decision-making for fetal anomalies.  Christine utilizes many clinical approaches including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy. For those interested in integrating exercise with traditional talk therapy, she offers Walk and Talk Therapy.
