Brittany Mingo, MA, Staff TherapistBrittany Mingo received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis. She strives to create a safe and welcoming environment that encourage clients to process pressing concerns, resulting in clients achieving growth. She believes the most effective therapy is a collaborative effort between client and therapist. Working mainly from a Narrative (restructuring individual stories to healthier versions) and Emotionally-Focused (attachment-based) approaches, Brittany work with all ages, focusing on areas such as relational and family dynamic issues, eating disorder/body image issues, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and stress management.
