Cornerstone is Northland’s Cognitive-Behavioral Skills Training Program, providing skills and support to build and maintain emotional regulation, behavior management, and interpersonal relationships. The framework of the class is built on two tools:
1. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
2. Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving (STEPPS)

Cornerstone members attend twice a week for six months, with sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Chanhassen office. New members join at the beginning of each month. To register, contact the Chanhassen office at 952-474-0803 to set up an individual assessment.

It is generally recommended that Cornerstone members also meet with one of Northland’s therapists for individual counseling.
