Bridges at Stone Creek

Bridges at Stone Creek is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides treatment and support for those with serious or critical mental health issues. Cornerstone is Northland’s Cognitive-Behavioral Skills Training Program, providing skills and support to build and maintain emotional regulation, behavior management, and interpersonal relationships.

Lighthouse Co-Occurring Disorders Program

Psychiatric Services

Northland Counseling partners with Stone Creek Psychiatry for psychiatric services.

Stone Creek Psychiatry is a private outpatient mental health clinic located next to Northland’s Chanhassen office, and is made up of independent psychiatrists, clinical nurse specialists, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Providers at Stone Creek Psychiatry conduct initial diagnostic assessments, prescribe and monitor medications, and help you make informed decisions regarding your mental health.
